Shipping & Returns

Made-to-order bracelets are produced in 20–25 working days. Where a piece is available from stock, delivery is 5–6 business days. You receive a confirmation email when your order enters production and again when it ships.

Shipments are fully insured and tracked, and must be signed for on delivery. We ship across the EU as standard; other destinations on request. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.

You may return an eligible piece within 14 days of delivery, unworn and complete with its certificate and packaging. Write to hello@xvi-jewels.com and we will send return instructions. Return shipping must be insured and is at your cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Engraved pieces and bracelets built to a non-standard length are excluded, as they cannot be resold.

Length adjustments and clasp servicing are available at cost for the lifetime of the piece. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange insured collection.
